Kia Ora! We’re Christina and Sam, sisters and co-founders of Matrescence NZ.
Parenting education has been my passion since I was a child. This passion turned into my profession after Sam and I both welcomed our first pēpi into the world just 10 days apart in 2020. In early 2021 we formed Matrescence New Zealand.
We’re passionate about supporting mothers’ transition to and through motherhood, this journey is called matrescence.
We’re also passionate about supporting professionals shifting into a career supporting mothers through matrescence.
We both have 2 children and utilise our expertise as a psychologist and teacher, alongside our unfolding personal matrescence journeys to provide education, training and support for mothers and aspiring professionals.
